Thanks so much for your blog!! It's great! My question: Do you realize that 99% of the guys you claim are "not on steroids" when you comment on their muscle size, really ARE on steroids? Including ALL IFBB bbers today!!

First I'd like to thank you for the compliment, 2nd I'd also like to thank you for actually asking a question in the form of a question. As for the steroids comment Yeah I'm sure I do get it wrong. I don't like using generalizations such as All IFBB bodybuilders are on steroids. There are guys that are in bodybuilding contests that are natural. They don't always do too hot. So yes I could be wrong about my claims and own up to it if I'm wrong.
