I actually just don't use the smile feature. When I smile it makes me smile at the response not the question. Feel doing that makes me look pretty vain. If a question does make me smile or I enjoy it I do my best to say so in my response.
As for the things that make me smile. Pretty much any dirty question or one that shows that a person actually reads me blogs and forms a question from it.
