I understand that a porn scene is not filmed as we see it. There is a lot of starting and stopping and changing of angles and some positions come before others, but for the flow of the scene they'll change it. I know after awhile a tops dick just can't stay hard, but we the audience shouldn't know that. If you need the top to fake it because you didn't get the amount of film you want then make sure it looks real. Be mindful of where the guys are. To not do these little things is laziness. If you can't because you are so busy posting as many films as you can then slow down. All it's doing is bringing down the reputation of your studio.
As for the lack of respect it's pretty obvious. For studios to do this time and time again and not fix it then they clearly only want money. The best example is Cody Cummings.
